RE; PROUDCT HP LAPTOP/MODEL: HP PAV PE
[personal information removed]
CURRYS RECEIPT NO. 035288 DATED 9/7/2018
i bought the laptop online on 9 july 2018 with PC world. the laptop was running perfectly ok, only after i have done the microsoft updated, i can't get a duplicate screen with my panasonic 65" 4K TV. took the laptop to the Knowhow engineer, i was told that the issue was caused by an outdated device driver and incorrect system or device settings. they said they have fixed it on 31/12/2018. However, when i back home, the laptop was running ok but after i updated the software, i can get the duplicate screen again. i took it back and they checked but cant fixed it this time. i bought a new HDMI cable, the problem still remain existed.
The Customer Service of PC Wprld asked me to approach you to have an uplift number. Once they have this number, a request will be put through.
I would request you to look into the case and return me an uplift number as soon as you can.
Best Regards
Mandy
