Windows file explorer recognizes the presence of any dvd I put in my E: drive but cannot read some of the dvd-r's that I insert.
These dvd-r's play with no difficulty in a separate dvd player and will even play on the Notebook PC using Cyberlink Power DVD. The problem is that the software I use to copy files to my hard drive does not work if Windows cannot find them on the dvd-r.
Is there a fix for this?
