eletebook function keys F1 F2 F3 .. How to make default

When I run applications F1 .. F12 means something in the applicaions.

When I press F4 it is display light that I change - I do not get the F4 effect ?

How do I default to these classic keys ?

The worst keys are the two phones just left for the "delete" button - I DO NOT NEED THESE KEYS HERE !! Please make one of them INSERT - as it used to be !!

Maybe the two PHONE buttons works in Skype ?? (I doubt) - but INSERT is needed in most applications I use - If the tow PHONE buttons works ... Ok, but I do NOT work in a call center where I have to slammer the phone on and off

enter in BIOS setting , pressing F10 during power-on phase.

menu advanced

click "system options"

find : "Launch Hotkeys without Fn Keypress"

chaage from "Auto to Disable"

save and exit
