Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly,  let's uninstall the currently installed graphic card from device manager and restart your computer,
Next, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

thanks for the time you have taken for this,

but what you said I have tried I have checked in windows update and hp support assistant but theses had no updates

when I went to device manager there was no Nvidia driver present in the display adapter option the only graphic driver present is the intel graphics I have tried installing the Nvidia graphic driver for my windows 10 hp-r063tu from the drivers present in the hard drive, the files name was Nvidia high definition (HD) graphic driver - sp72727 when I tried installing a message popped like "The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again."  then I went to hp driver support and downloaded my driver and when I tried installing it the same error occurred, I think I dint have the driver before clean installing window 10 in my laptop the only time I noticed this driver was in windows 8 I am not sure
