Hey everyone,
Im after some help, this issue is driving me mad and I need some help trying to sort. HP whatsapp support have no idea! need this resolved or this 7month old laptop is going for a swim!
So I have 2 external monitors only 1 works, the 2nd monitor doesn't display anything however the laptop is showing its connected. When I connect the 2nd monitor via usb c the laptop freezes for 5secs then is fine.
Monitor 1 is connected via HDMI
Monitor 2 is connected via usb c
Now after hours of playing around I uninstall the AMD radeon software and reinstalled and boom worked no problems, then the
next day turned the laptop on for the days work and now it will not work!!
any ideas any help please send my way

I reviewed your post and I understand that the second monitor is not working on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105872.exe
Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107501-108000/sp107522.exe
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
