when trying to extend laptop to a second monitor laptop only searches for a wireless display and not the monitor connected to the usb port

@gawj Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support and we appreciate your patience.

That said, we'll need to identify if your laptop supports USB to display conversion, to get the accurate information on the same, here's what I'll need:
