Hello,
I am trying to connect three external monitors with my laptop OMEN 16.1 laptop PC16-b1000. This laptop has one MIni Display Port 1.4, one HDMI v2.1, one USB3.2 GEN2 Type C. It supposes to support the three monitor connections. It did display in last week. The connections for the Mini DP and HDMI is fine but the type c connection is failed this week. I tested the type c port and it can connect my iPhone and charge it. the cable can connect with my ipad and display to the monitor. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Spec for your system is here
The 3.2 (port 7) does not carry video. Do you have the model with the thunderbolt "USB4" (port 10)
Was it working earlier and now is not? If so, then possibly you may need to reduce the resolution, refresh rate and color depth as you may have exceeded the bandwidth of the system. You have 4 screens total including the laptop

If you do not have thunderbolt you should be able to add two monitors to the DisplayPort as it is version 1.4 according to the spec.

Disconnect all other monitors and try just the thunderbolt port.
If it does not work then it is defective. You would have to confirm by using another cable and another monitor.

Or contact the closest authorized service center
You should also look in the device manager for any problems. Possibly a windows update install the wrong thunderbolt driver
Nvidia driver: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142001-142500/sp142410.exe
Intel driver https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142001-142500/sp142487.exe
both are dated Sep 2022 and I did not see any newer drivers at your product driver page

Hello
I tried to restart the laptop and connect different monitors with thunderbolt port only. I also use another cable to try. BTW, two cable configurations are 1: HDMI TO MDMI +TYPE C adaptor. 2. HDMI TO TYPE C. They are not working. Should I download the driver to give a shot?
