Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
i had installed Fingerprint driver from HP's official website but it didn't worked. it is not shown in device manager and window hello fingerprint is still not compatible to fingerprint scanner.

The fingerprint reader is optional, if it was not ordered the module is not installed ! Check your order/invoice. |
