Hi,

My laptop does not work with HDMI video output. It is connected to a projector via HDMI cable but the project says no signal. The laptop is connect to the bluetooth speakder for sound and to the projector for display.

My product number is G6R97UA#ABA.

I downloaded and tried to install sp72370.exe but it gave me an error message.

So I went to Intel and ran the Intel Driver Update Utility, and it says I need help from HP.

I also tried updating the driver of Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 from Device Manager by locating the file in C:\SWSetup\sp72370 but it says I already have the best driver installed.

I have tried everything I can think of but nothing worked out.

Please help me!
