fixing blurry screen on onitor when extending displays

hi there , hope you well 

is there any way to fix blurriness on monitor 1 when extending the display . im on windows 11 25h2

1 windows drivers are up to date

2 when setting the scaling  to 100^ everythibg is to small

3 both monitor scaling is set to reccomended settings

3 ive set the decimal to 120  in LogPixels and 1 in win8DpiScaling 

all the above is not resolving my issue ; i believe theres a DPiFix utility somewhere  has anyone used this , does it work and where should i get it
