Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-dq1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello - I recently bought a monitor bundle that came with 2 HP P274 27-inch Monitors and a HP USB-C Dock G5.  I would like to connect the external monitors but I am getting a message (display connection might be limited)  instead when connecting to HP Pavilion x360  laptop.  How can I remedy this issue?  Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

What is your HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-dq1xxx ? For example

 

             HP Pavilion x360 - 15-dq0953cl

 

Your machine is very close. Machine and the dock are NOT compatible. Machine only has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which does support Alt mode.
