i have Compac Presario Q57 series old laptop it shows white screen  what to do

You wrote Compac Presario Q57 which as far as I know does not exist.

 

I suspect that you meant Compaq Presario CQ57. There also should have be three digits and two letters after the digits.

 

I am unable to find any support portal for that laptop series especially given the incorrect identification.


Unfortunately, the Compaq Presario CQ57 has been so long out of production that HP no longer supports it.
