I have a problem with my graphics card my laptop does not see it and says it is not plugged in i have update all drivers and i did a system recovery but nothing helps i have this  first with the audio but after recovery with the video card

 

pls help me

Since the problem persists after the System Recovery, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
