Hi @Rumi5,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Pavilion 14 x360 with Intel Iris Xe graphics isn’t giving you the visuals you expected. Let’s go through a few ways to enhance the graphics.

a. Understand Your Graphics Setup

Your laptop has Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics.

Intel Arc is a discrete GPU, which is a separate graphics card.

Unfortunately, you cannot install Intel Arc on a laptop that only has Iris Xe, because it requires dedicated hardware.

b. Update Graphics Drivers

Go to Intel’s Driver & Support Assistant website and download the latest Iris Xe driver.

Updated drivers can improve performance, fix glitches, and optimize display quality.

c. Adjust Display Settings

Open Windows Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display Settings.

Make sure the resolution is set to the native display resolution (usually Full HD for Pavilion 14).

Check HDR or color profile settings if supported.

d. Enable Intel Graphics Features

Open Intel Graphics Command Center (pre-installed or downloadable from Microsoft Store).

You can tweak color vibrance, contrast, sharpness, and display scaling to improve visual quality.

Some games or apps also allow you to adjust graphics settings per application.

e. Optimize Performance in Games/Apps

For games, reduce resolution or visual effects if you want smoother performance.

For video editing or streaming, use hardware-accelerated encoding if supported.

I hope this helps.
