Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when my laptop was with windows 7 system the Dedicated video Memory was came out 2500 MB 
but when I deleted the windows 7 and installed the windows 10 the Dedicated video Memory came out about 32 MB only 
and I have tried a lot of driver but nothing has changed

No, Intel HD Fraphics 4000 can NOT have dedicated RAM more than 32MB. 2500MB was the total VRAM including shared system RAM.

 

You are lucky to get 32MB under Windows 10 (Windows 10 reserves for it) because It has zero dedicated VRAM since it uses Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT) which allows the Operating System to automatically allocate up to 1792 MB of system RAM as graphics memory for the HD 4000.
