Is it possible to use hdmi port on the HP USB Type-C Travel Dock for input? Such as from a tv tuner device.
Will the tv images appear on my laptop screen?
If not what port or adapter should I use for such a purpose?
Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Thank you for your kind reply.
I am currently using a HP USB Type-C Travel Dock (Gen2). I wanted to know if the hdmi port supports both input and output. I want to connect my laptop to a tv tuner which has hdmi output .
It sounds like I must look for a wireless tv tuner to do this.
Thanks anyway.
