Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP x360 Envy 15. I tried installing 2 monitors but they do not work. I have hdmi cable splitter that conncects them both to the computer. I tried both monitors and splitter on another laptop/no problems. One monitor works with the laptop when I plug it directly into the hdmi port but 2 monitors don't work. I updated drivers. and windows 10.

Need to know what to do next. I don't want to rely on my old computer.

What is your machine ? The HDMI splitter simply won't work. Do you have extended display on other machine ?  Please use the following way to find out:

Thank you for the response. my laptop is a Spectre x360 Convertible. Model 15-df1033dx

I am currently using extended display with 1 monitor plugged into the HDMI port. I wish to use an HDMI splitter and add another monitor.

It works on an older HP laptop but not on this one.
