Can anyone please help me find the correct driver for hardware id.

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9874&REV_C4

That seems to be the "stock" Radeon driver for any of the AMD graphics cards

https://devicehunt.com/view/type/pci/vendor/1002/device/9874

I suspect you need the HP blessed driver for windows or linux. What is your model or product ID?
