Product: HP Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my computer in July 2017 from Costco and I use it regularly as I am a teacher but I am now using it daily for e-Learning. My issue is this, I have had to return this computer twice for the same problem (thank goodness for Square trade) and now its happening again. By the left hinge, the base of the computer keeps cracking (next to the power button). Its so disappointing, if it were from age I would understand but it has happened 3 times in 2 1/2 years. So frustrating as I love the computer besides this but am hesitant to purchase an HP product again.
