Hi there, I am currently using a EliteBook 840 G5. I noticed there isn't a double tap button to temporarily disable the touchpad. Any ideas?

Thanks.

I had the same issue with my 850 G5, hopefully the solution is the same for you;

Go to PC Settings --> Devices --> Touchpad --> Leave touchpad on when a mouse is connected.

Uncheck the setting to disable the touchpad when a mouse is connected if you want it to only be inactive when you have a mouse plugged in, or turn it off completely using the slider button above it.
