We understand that you're receiving the error "We cannot find your camera0xA00F4244 <No Cameras are Attached>" on your HP 14-inch Laptop PC (Model 730R9AV). Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

1. Confirm the Camera Shutter Is Open

You mentioned your PC has a camera cover. Please:

  • Slide the camera shutter open fully on the top bezel of the screen.
  • Wait 5–10 seconds, then open the Camera app again.


2. Check Camera Privacy Settings

  1. Press Windows + I → Open Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Security > Camera.
  3. Ensure the following are ON:
    • Camera access
    • Let apps access your camera
    • Scroll down and enable access for individual apps like Camera, Zoom, etc.


3. Scan for the Camera in Device Manager

  1. Press Windows + X, select Device Manager.
  2. Expand these sections:
    • Cameras
    • Imaging devices
    • Sound, video and game controllers
  3. If you don’t see a camera:
    • Click Action > Scan for hardware changes.
  4. If the camera appears:
    • Right-click → Update Driver.


4. Reinstall Camera Drivers

If nothing shows or you're still getting the error:

  1. Visit the HP Drivers page:

  2. Download and install the camera driver (often listed under "Driver - Camera" or "Realtek/HP Wide Vision Camera").
  3. Restart your PC after installation.
