How do I PRT SC on my hp envy 17.3 cr0000.  I have used all the method given and it still wont PRT SC

True - not every computer keyboard includes a Prt Sc key.

I suggest that having tried everything else that you use Snip.

From Microsoft

Use Snipping Tool to capture screenshots

And / or

Microsoft - Open Snipping Tool and take a Screenshot

If you like, place the Snip tool on your Task Bar
