hp customer service page looks like just an HTML file

any time, I try to contact the customer service page 

this is what I see, I'm a bit confused

I just ran into this in latest version of Firefox.

Try clearing both cookies and cache - Find this section in Firefox browser Tools > Settings > Privacy &Security

If no joy,  for the moment, try a different browser.
