Product: HP Elite Dragonfly 13.5 inch G3 Notebook PC (4J038AV)

Hi dear community;

I bought a "HP Elite Dragonfly G3" with Windows 11 (h21) on it, but I could not record any voice or get any picture or chat with camera!

It prompt me "0xA00F4288<AllCamerasAreReserved>" and "You appear to be in a region where this service is not available"!! Is this true and I have no opportunity to use my microphone and camera anyway?!  I try a lot, updating windows and drivers, reinstalling windows 10 and 11 ,...  and NOTHING! Is this really because of I am living in IRAN? 

Please help me.
