The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. (Code 48)

Solved: HP EliteBook 2570p missing drivers (Windows 10 x64) - HP Support Community - 7137887

 

You will first need to uninstall the device and check the uninstall driver box, and restart the PC, so that the mobile data protection sensor shows up as an unknown device.
