Your computer should work fine with a 2k monitor without any issues. The best way to confirm that is to take it to a nearby computer store and connect a 2k monitor and check whether 2k resolution is supported on the external display.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether you can connect a 2k or a 4k monitor to your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Yes, you can connect a 2k and 4k monitor to the computer. However, whether it can work in 4k resolutions depends on your computer hardware. If you help me with the product number of your computer I can look it up for you.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
