Hi all, I figured I'd ask here to see what input I would get to do.
I recently had my HP Envy x360 sent in through Best Buy which I have a warranty with to get my screen replaced (screws broke, so screen came apart). They sent my device to HP and I got it back a couple weeks ago, been using my tabletop PC since my laptop broke until now. I've come to notice that my screen is much smaller - as in, you know the black borders on the edges of the actual screen that is used? The bottom black border is almost double in width, my previous screen had a much thinner strip.
I'll most likely be going back to Best Buy to see what they have to say too, and I don't wish to seem a beggy-chooser but given the amount of money I spent on the laptop as a college student, I was hoping to have the same dimension screen in the repair.
Any advice for how to go about getting the correct screen? Or should I just take the L?
Thanks everyone.
