hp laptop is not responding my hp pen

MY hp notebook doenst respond the pen.The hp pen working on other device but not on my hp laptop.touchscreen is working when i touch by finger.I installed the latest bios and other apps .Still not working i tried almost everything.

Are they COMPATIBLE ?   Please check the following compatible list :

It’s compatible sure .I bought them as a set .I updated all the drivers .Finger touch is working but pen is not working at all .I tried everything written on HP support .The pen is working on other device

i find hp service isnt helpfull 
They says 2-3 solution and nothing else.And all this solutions doesnt help
