Hi,
What are my options if I want to work with 2 screen minutors, keyboard and mouse?
I noticed my laptop doesnt have a dock connector in the bottom.

Current HP consumer laptops do not support a "snap-down" docking station. Your only option is a usb 3.0 port replicator. The difference is that a port replicator cannot power the system. Your laptop does not have the newest interface USB-C so it would have to be USB 3.0. You need to get one with multiple monitor ports and usb ports like maybe something like this:
