hello, myself Rahul. I was doing coding at night and suddenly the laptop stopped working for a while. then i thought to restart my pc, and after the restart the keyboard stopped responding and doesn't worked for 1 day and never. please help me out from this problem.

I understand that you are facing issues with the keyboard. 

 

Try the steps below. 

 

POWER DRAIN:

Please disconnect all the devices and cables connected to your computer including the power cable and then press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds and connect the power cable back again and try to power on the computer.

CBR:

Press windows key and then followed by the key "B" this time and then the power button for around 3-4 seconds, then release the power button and continue to hold windows+B for 3-4 seconds more.

 

If this does not help, Use the easy, automated solutions below to fix keyboard, mouse, touchpad, and clickpad-related issues for HP laptops.
