Hi all,

Could someone help me find a spec sheet for: hp pavilion 14 bf0xx

I've hunted through the site and I can't seem to find anything at all.

Having an issue where a user has connected a USB-C dock but isn't getting video out from the dock (device isn't seeing it).

I'm wondering it it's too old and doesn't support DP Alt Mode...

Many thanks!

Hi There,

I looked at the model in System info -

Model.jpg

This lists the Model as a 14-BF0xx.

I can't find that model anywhere at all.

Not a big deal now as I believe I've figured out the issue. Luckily there is a USB symbol printed next to the USB-C input on the device which from looking up USB-C types I've concluded that their USB-C port  is data only at 480Mb/s and NOT video (Display Alt).

Disappointing for the end user but at least we know the issue and the solution (Upgrade).

Out of pure curiosity, it would be nice to see why I can't seem to find any specs on this model number (unless HP refer to it as something else...)

Thanks 🙂
