Product: hp pavilion 15-cs0053cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am facing issue with the screen resolution of my new laptop hp pavilion 15-cs0053cl.

 

The maximum resolution which I can select is 1366 X 768 where as in the Product Specification it is mentioned as 1920 X 1080.

 

Kindly help to fix this issue asap.

Where did you buy it ? The following link says it only has  15.6 inch 16:9, 1366 x 768 pixel 100 PPI, AU Optronics B156XW02 V0, TN LED, AUO20EC, glossy: no

and the following link says it has  15.6" diagonal FHD IPS BrightView micro-edge WLED-backlit touch screen (1920 x 1080)

Please contact the shop and ask to have a clear specs.
