You're very welcome.

Is there an unknown device in the device manager that needs a driver?

If so, that would probably be the fingerprint reader that needs a driver.

If there are more than one device that needs drivers, please post the hardware ID's for the devices so I can figure out what drivers they need, and if one of them is the fingerprint sensor.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

I think that W7 has a Biometric device manager category in the device manager when the fingerprint sensor driver is installed.

Hi:

You need to install the HP digital persona software to enroll your fingerprint.

See this link for the instructions.

This is the link to the W7 64 bit Digital Persona software if you don't have it installed.

You're very welcome.

I believe that your notebook has the HP Bluetooth module.

You need this Bluetooth driver for the model BT adapter your notebook has...

This package contains the software required to support the HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology in the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. The HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology provides wireless connectivity to other devices from the integrated module of the supported notebooks/laptops. It also provides additional Bluetooth Profiles.
