HP Pavilion x2 Detachable 10-n054na
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello

I have an HP Pavilion x2 10-n054na.  In the system settings it say it has "Pen and touch support with 10 touch points", and Pen and Windows Ink is installed, but I am unable to get an HP Pen to work.

Can anyone tell me if this machine is Pen compatible?  Please help!

Thank you

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
After reading your post, I did go through the Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus of your product and found that your computer model is not supported by an Active pen/stylus.

However, If your model features a touch screen, it is still compatible with a passive stylus. Passive styluses do not require batteries, do not have any configurable options, and do not use specific pen software. Click here: https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-pen to shop one from the HP store.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
