Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp pavilion x360 14m-dw0013dx screen is black the keyboard isn't working and the TouchPad isn't working.  I used a hdmi cord and connected to my TV and used a Bluetooth mouse to go into the computer to update drivers but it didn't fix any issues.  Using the mouse and TV the computer is working fine.   But the screen on the actual device is still not working at all, the same with the keyboard and the TouchPad.  Please help

Reinstalling Windows should help. Please

 

1. Go to the following link to create installation media

                 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

2. Use installation media to install Windows 10

                Remember a tick to keep user files/data and programs

 

Step 2 make take 46mins to 90mins to run. At the end, run Windows updates few times to update drivers.

 

Windows will activate itself using product key from Microsoft or embedded in BIOS of your machine
