Hello, I have a problem with this laptop, or rather its screen. It only works when it is connected to an external monitor with a cable etc., the laptop still has a black screen, but the touch works on it, if I touch on the laptop screen, it can be seen normally on the external monitor screen, but there is still a black screen on the laptop, I can't find the source problem, I think it may be caused by some defect in the screen tape, but then the touch would probably not work.

It could be a loose screen cable inside the laptop -- but to determine that, it would have to be disassembled.
IF this is still new enough to be under the 12-month warranty, use the information below to contact HP directly. We can do nothing for you from here about this.
IF this is older, you would have to find some local laptop repair place willing to disassemble this and if it's not a cable connection, you would be looking at replacing the screen -- and the cost for that and all the labour could easily exceed the cost of replacing the laptop.
We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repairs and Service Centers, sales, or legal (i.e., warranty). Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.
For direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
