Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My pen stopped working.

I try to install last bios update - no change

uninstall keyboard drivers - no change

try to run diagnostics - no issues 

any other suggestions?

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with Pen.

 

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

You may have to replace the Pen if it stops working after performing the steps, recharging/ replacing batteries.

 

I recommend you contact phone support for further assistance. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
