hp spectre extending monitor

my hp spectre has recently stopped extending its monitor. i cant seem to get it to work, ive tried rebooting, updating drivers, checking if there was a update that cause said drivers to work and nothing has worked. ive tested the monitor and the cable on a different device and it works just fine. is there anything i can do to fix this??

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues connecting an external monitor and you are not getting any display on the extended screen.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
