Hp touchsamart tx2-1380
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP touchsmart tx2-1380la, this is a problem with the drivers, I checked by using linux on a usb and the touch great fine (no I wont use linux).

the probelm with the "n-trig duo sense ", the problem is that they wont respond after 1 second of use, then it will give me the driver 43 error, so I decided to use the old drivers   "user intarface dispositivesHID", the finger touch works great, but the pen randomly clicks on the top left corner and doesnt respond well.

If I disable the "touchscreen HID" driver the pen will work correctly using the old driver, after some uninstaling and updating drivers the "n trig duo sense multitouch" drive rand the "pen HID"  driver will work good, for at least ten seconds until the n trig driver give me the error 43, I already serched for disbling automatic driver update and configuration, but neither tricks seam to work.

I tried downloading the official drivers from hp download center, but it will never serched for the drivers and obviosly I didnt download any, I serched similar problems and one solution was updating bios, but hp driver page wont let me download.

please send me the oficial link for my dirvers, or some configuration to make the touchscreen work again.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Did you upgrade the OS on the computer to Windows 10 recently?

When did this issue start?
