hi i want to ask help from community. i have format my laptop hp250 g7 on operating system windows 8.1 pro but the brightness is not working. when you press the up and down nothing is happening. i hope i can get help and fix my computer

Hi:

 

Intel only developed W10 graphics drivers, which is why you can't adjust the brightness.

 

If you want the graphics to work correctly, you will need to install W10.
