Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...
In terms of any cheap, simple fix -- probably not.
The screen flickering is a combination of the graphics chip failing and/or the screen failing -- and possibly both.
Replacing either is going to be very expensive, as it will require complete disassembly and reassembly of the laptop, in addition to the charges for the replacement hardware and labor.
