I reviewed your post and I understand that you are having issues setting up the fingerprint reader.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Meanwhile, I recommend you download and install the fingerprint sensor driver from the below link and test.

greetings!

     Thank you for the help but the issuse is been partially solved...im able to use my fingerprint for the time being but nt able to add any  more finger prints...the same blank issue is onUntitled.pngUntitled1.pngUntitled2.png

Perfect, I am really glad to hear that!

 

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article to delete all the enrolled figures and configure them again.

NOTE: Steps are same for Windows 10.
