HP Omen dc1001nt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have an Omen laptop that has i7 8750H in it. And the problem is the iGPU. It does not show up on device manager. I tried to updating drivers, updating chipset drivers, updating windows, clean installing drivers, updating bios.. Nothing helped. Can you please help me? Thanks.

The specs of your machine is

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06319887

I can't find its parts list

         https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=5AU89EA

But I know for sure HP disabled iGPU on many HP Omen machines, same as mine

          no igpu.png

Regards.

Hi. My computer has RTX 2060 in it. It is meaningless that HP did something like that. I don't want to use my powerful gpu to process images like "desktop".
