@antico, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP laptop's two-finger touchpad gestures (like scrolling or right-clicking) aren't working on Windows 11, here are a few steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check Touchpad Settings

  1. Click StartSettingsBluetooth & devicesTouchpad.
  2. Under Gestures & interaction, ensure that Two-finger scrolling and Two-finger tap are enabled.
  3. Adjust sensitivity if needed.

Step 2: Restart Touchpad Driver

  1. Press Windows + X → select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
  3. Right-click your touchpad device (e.g., Synaptics, ELAN, or HID-compliant touchpad) → click Disable device.
  4. Wait a few seconds, then right-click again and choose Enable device.

Step 3: Update Touchpad Driver

  1. In Device Manager, right-click your touchpad device → select Update driver.
  2. Choose Search automatically for drivers.
  3. Alternatively, visit HP’s support site to download the latest drivers for your model.

Step 4: Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  1. Turn off your laptop.
  2. Turn it back on and immediately press Esc repeatedly, then press F2.
  3. Select Component TestsMouse/TouchpadRun once.

This will help identify any hardware issues.
