Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I went to my school's portal several months ago, not for the first time, and a fraction of the screen is stuck on the same part of my display. No amount of restarting anything makes it go away and it is present in every application. It's taking up a 1x2 inch block close to the bottom right of my screen. It will not show up in screenshots but is completely obstructive to anyone looking at my screen. There is no way to interact with the block in any way, however anything underneath it is inaccessible to a mouse. I can't find much relating to this issue. Any ideas?
