Hello,
I've purchased my Pavillion gaming laptop yesterday. Today I've noticed 3 dark horizontal lines and a bright stuck pixel, that can only be seen on a black background. Additionally, the Screen has a pretty noticeable backlight bleeding. Since I'm an Architect working in the Autocad software, which has a black background, I find this quite distracting and irritating.
Is this Issue considered to be normal with Pavillion Gaming Laptops or should I try to get it replaced?

Hi Asmita,
Thank you for your assistance. I brought the laptop to the store where it was purchased. Indeed, they've diagnosed the hardware failure that you've mentioned, and I should get the replacement by tomorrow morning.
Best,
