i have been using my hp pavilion x360 for three years. mainly for light schoolwork and rarely have taken it out of my home. by the looks of it I have been taking good care of it, and never have dropped it. but one day the screen starts to bend and i have a crack in the hinge area of the laptop and the screen has been popped out of it. i request hp to look into this matter, since the warranty has expired, additionally i bought this laptop from America and am living in India. hence the service centers here are not able to look into this matter.

i would really appreciate hp since from the last years, i really had no problems with this laptop but just the screen damage that goes to the build quality.
