My laptop has what looks like ink blots on the screen, or like something is leaking and I'm just wondering if something like this is fixable or if Im better off buying a new laptop altogether? I am no longer covered under HP warranty, and the cause for this issue may or may not be cause I picked up my laptop and my fingers caused pressure points on the screen. Normally I'm very careful with my stuff, but I'm just looking for advice on what to do, thanks!

I've also attached a screen shot of the issue.

The internal LCD is damaged and would need to be replaced.  It's actually a fairly expensive repair so I would recommend replacing the computer.
