I keep having to uninstall and reinstall Intel graphics driver 26.20.100.7926 as my notebook keeps flickering after hibernating or closing the lid. I do this everyday and think there must be a permanent way to resolve the issue.

The only suggestion I can offer if your notebook only has the onboard Intel UHD graphics adapter would be to install the latest driver from the Intel website and see if that fixes the problem.

 

First, create a system restore point so that you can roll back to the current graphics driver you have installed, just in case the updated driver does not work to your expectations.

Next, download and run the latest Intel HD graphics driver file from the link below:

 

Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows*
