RE: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60GHz 2.11 GHz, Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
My webcam intermittently stops being accessible. When this happens, it looks like a shutter is across the camera although I've been told by phone support that this computer doesn't have a shutter. (When the problem happens, it looks like a series of angled black on gray lines across the camera.)
My sense is that some application I'm using (Bitdefender, Zoom, VoceVista video) may be interfering, but all attempts to correct the problem or find a consistent trigger have failed. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution short of mailing the computer off for service?
Thanks in advance!
